UP half a pound yesterday, but I still got my 50 lb gone certificate.  :)

That half pound was due to not enough exercise.  But I made up for it
today and did 40 lengths in the pool.  I shall try for 40 more on
Sunday!  :)

Congratulations on getting that 50 certificate & sorry about the slight
blip, but hopefully this week the scales will be nicer to you.

I think that half pound has gone already!  :)

The certificate will go on the sewing room wall, when I find the Blutack!

Thanks!  :)  I told my mum about it today, and she wants to see it!  So
next time I'm north of the river, I have to take it to her!  :D  I think
she's almost as pleased with this as she was the day I got my MA!

I don't blame her :) It takes hard work and dedication to get what you have
accomplished. Big losers (the nice kind :) ) like you are what keep me
inspired.

I am the weakest willed person when it comes to food...  I always think
if *I* can do this, anyone can!

lol I could have written that myself :)
My biggest test of my will was last week when it was TOM, for a few days
there I was obsessed with food and never seemed to feel full for long. But
instead of giving in I'm going to plan ahead for next month and make sure I
have some points saved to play with and step up exercising a few days before
as well so that will give me a few points. So that way I can indulge in a
few small portions of favourite comfort foods that make that TOM more
bearable :)

I crave bread and chocolate at that time...  So I make sure those *are*
available, and make a gallon of zero point soup!  Oh, and plenty of
sewing to distract me!

It's cake and bread for me, I bought some WW carrot cakes but they are just
to small which leads to more temptation to eat the whole box lol (managed
not to this time). I think I'm gonna have to figure out a low sugar/fat
plain sponge mix, that way I'll be able to have my cake and eat it :)
