The first time around I ate mainly turkey, tuna, and chicken sandwiche
on whole grain.  This seemed to work very well, and I was able t
maintian muscle since I was getting a good deal of protein from all o
the lean meants.  I guess I.m just nervous that it won't work agai
this time.  Hopefully it will

Low-Carbers claim they don't lose muscle because they consume so much
protein.  I lost those 46 lbs on a Low-Carb diet and saw no muscle loss at
all.  WW limits the meat/protein you can eat.  Meat uses up your points very
quickly.  Still, why not give your old diet a chance and see how well it
works this time?  You may be pleasantly surprised.  If it doesn't work for
you, you can then try something else.
