What a GREAT week! Not only did we survive the Superbowl with a winning
team and an inital gain, but we lost it and then some as of this
morning.
We lost 5.5 pounds this week, putting us at a 30.5 pound loss since
1/03/05. We even snuck in all of our FLEX points.
Spring's looking mighty nice :)

Well, it's our first negative week. We gained 3.5 pounds and I'm
willing to
bet it's because of the Superbowl party going late last night and
weighing
early this morning.
We all gained a pound and I added the .5 in addition. So, this week, no
FLEX
points allowed!
Holding at 25 pounds lost!
