Guys,
I see many postings here from people offering products to help you to slim.
Mostly a simple 2 or 3 line posting with a URL probably posted to many
groups at once. There is no sincerity in the posts, just a will to make
money. I discuss my experience with Herbalife in detail and get some
hostile responses, see the posting [A 'Nutritional Meal in a Glass'].
What is the general feeling about Herbalife? Have many people tried these
products and had no/poor results?
I would be interested to hear more.

Because you *are* selling - it is effectively spamming the newsgroup. Spam
is not welcome. Indeed you are probably breaching your ISP terms of service
by spamming a newsgroup. If you've got something to say that is constructive
and not selling something, no doubt you would be welcome. If you remain a
spammer - your probably aren't welcome and will end up on killfiles.
Such as mine.

From spamming to trolling.. in half a lesson... There are thos people that
exist only to be ignored..
Hey guys, I tried a new recipe in the "meals in minutes" cookbook (the last
one, there are two that I know of)
p. 65, the mexican chicken salad... Man that was yummy !!!!!!!!!
I did also have a chocolate fondue, but that was an integral part of a high
intensity physical activity session.. *eg* nuff said..
