I've had a hard time lately and have been struggling to stay on top of
things. Christmas really messed things up for me BIG TIME and put a stop on
my weight loss and such because I gained about 5lbs. I am just 0.4lbs of
being back to where I was but the important thing is that I'm finally
getting my motivation back. I was doing really well before the holidays so
this was a huge downer. I lost 2.6 last week which was my first 'big' loss
in about 10 weeks and then I lost 0.2lbs this week. A loss is a loss!
I have been on WW for 20 weeks this time around and my total is at 11lbs
lost. It's a loss but not at all where I had hoped to be at this point. It's
tough but I'm just glad to see the numbers going down. Geez if you counted
the amount I have lost by adding up the weeks of losses, it would probably
be like 20lbs from the gain/loss/gain/loss fluctuation but I can't dwell on
what's already happened.
My aunt's wedding is in 2months and if I can lost 10lbs by then, I would be
THRILLED! Here's to another successfuly week!!

You sound to have ot back in control. Two weeks with losses is very
good. Don't worry about how long it takes, you are in this for the
long run. So long as you stay OP and sane that's all that matters.
Good luck in the next few weeks for the wedding

That is right, Ray. I will NOT quit this time and I don't care HOW long it
takes!

Thank you!

Good to see you back on track. I think a lot of people got derailed this
year during the holidays. You were lucky that you were able to get yourself
back in the program.

Yep. I guess coming back was a hurdle in itself, huh?
Feeling blah this week but I'm going to hang in there!!
Thanks, Laura!

It's hard to get back on the wagon after a bit of a gain, but you've
done it and 10 lbs in 2 months isn't an unreasonable goal. Good luck
with it!

Yep- Determination! Unfortunately, this week has been a struggle for me so
far. Hopefully I can get back with it by Tuesday's WI.
Thanks, Lynne!

Congratulations on losing that 2.6 last week. Now stop thinking about
the past & only think about today & the coming week as it can be very
depressing to think about the "What might have beens".

Finding the motivation is half the battle, IMO.... and it sounds like you're
on the right track, Kara. I hope you're having a great week!
