Deep Dish Pizza Casserole 6 POINTS

1 pound ground round
1 15 ounce can chunky tomato sauce -- italian style
1 10 ounce can refrigerated pizza crust dough
1 1/2 cups part skim milk mozzarella cheese -- pre-shredded
Preheat oven to 425
Cook meat(and any added veggies-mushrooms, onions, etc) in a nonstick
skillet over medium high heat until browned, stirring until it crumbles.
Drain and return to skillet
While meat cooks, coat a 13 X 9 baking dish with butter cooking spray.
Unroll pizza crust and press into bottom and halfway up sides of baking
dish. Top bottom of pizza crust with meat mixture.
Bake at 425 for 12 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes or until
cheese melts.
Cut into 6 even slices. Serving: 1 slice
Feel free to add veggies to your pizza for no points added flavor!

Kids will LOVE this one..we do!
It's recipes like this that allow me to forget I'm on an eating plan..and
then reminds me of the freedom I have in Weight Watchers :)
