It's the first I hear of that.. I eat 6 to 8 meals a day..

I'm assuming that the UK plan is similar to the US Core plan. The answer is
no. You eat until satisfied and eat when hungry. Some people do well on 6-8
meals a day and others 3 meals plus a snack. No matter how many meals you
eat in the end it is still a matter of calories in and out.

Just had a look in the UK handbook and it says.....

'On no count you eat three meals a day from a specific list of nutritious
foods and have a small weekly points allowance (21)'

But I think it would be ok to break those down to more smaller meals, I've
never done the no count plan myself though so I could be wrong.
