I'm headed out for a weekend visit to a friend who
never has food in the house so I'm hoping to minimize

Thanks. I did pretty good, I think. Ate a little more
than I normally would and did indulge in some wonderful
cannolis from an Italian deli, but I ordered the mini
cannolis. They were very small. I have a week to undo
the damage anyway.
