I went to my meeting yesterday morning and I was down an entire 5lbs!!
I am soooo excited!!!
It was probably because I'm really trying hard to drink my water now, and
all last week I got my 2 servings of dairy products in. (I have a hard time
with that, so usually I just skip them) ...but now that I see it's
working... I'll keep it up!

01/29/05   = 235.0lbs
02/19/05   = 227.2lbs
Total loss = 135.0lbs
GOAL WIEGHT= 135.0lbs

Sorry, I wrote the wrong total weight loss in... it shouldn't be 135lbs...
it's actually 7.8lbs!

I get very confused with this stuff, and when I went back to fix it, I
still put the wrong number in and accidentally started a new thread.

Please bear with me and my lack of computer skills!

Thanks,
Nikki

P.S. can anyone tell me if there is a way to correct your posts, and also
if there is a way to attach signatures to posts?
I'm new here and any help would be appreciated.
Thanks again :)

You canNOT correct USENET posts once they are out over the airwaves.

Keep signatures simple and NO GRAPHICS or html.

Depending on your reader and your isp-newsgroups, you might not even
see your own message for a bit to ADD to it.  So you might have to
wait a bit and then just add to the thread rather than starting a new
one.  It appears you did add rather than start a new one.

Well done! There is nothing as motivating as those shrinking numbers :)
