Better weigh week this week 0.8kg off :).
Feeling very pleased with myself this week, good weight loss plus good

So why...why do i keep sabotaging myself???
Does anyone else do the ...i lost weight this week so i can have a little
pig out...who am i kidding a big pig out.
Only good thing is that i now realise what i'm doing to myself and the
yoyoing has got to stop.

Unfortunatley yes, not so much with WW but certainly with other diets. For
me it was a question of self loathin. Deep down I didn't believe I deserved
to be happy in any area of my life, plus part of it was that although I
wanted to lose weight I really didn't want to give up any of the foods I
loved.

Great job. Keep telling ourself that you can do it. I think all of us
sabotage ourselves somewhere along the way. Work through it and you'll be
okay.

Good loss.  I think sometimes we tend to celebrate the loss in the
wrong way or think, ah, can't harm me now!

Good luck working on it

Actually, Kim, I used to do the same thing.  I would have a good week
and then pig out to celebrate.  However, after 6 months of faithfully
being OP and going to meetings, (I have lost 43 lbs.) I was surprised
at my reaction last week when I lost 5 lbs. at WI.  I actually stayed
OP and decided to add EXTRA exercise this week to see if I could get
another 5 lb. loss.

However, I have my WI tonight and I think I might be up a couple of lbs
because its TOM.
