I'm 2lb down this week but I have a funny feeling a lot of it is muscle
wastage or whatever it is you get when you don't eat enough :(
I have really bad flu (no really, it is flu and not just a cold. The doctor
said so, so nyeh ;)) and have hardley been eating half my points each day.
Yesterday DP went and got me some Lucozade and things - they should give me
energy and boost my points intake I suppose. Providing I can swallow it,
that is!

Sorry to hear about the flu. Keep up with the fluids especially soup. That
will give you some much needed points. You need to keep your strength up
while being sick.
