I want to respect a diet, not to much fat and not to much suger.
What about sushi and maki, the japanese ones ?
Sushi for example is only rice and raw fresh fish.
Can I eat this as much as I want ?
It appears to me as very healthy, low fat, ....
Please can you advice ?

I've heard it's excellent for slimmers, although do go carefully on the
soy sauce as that is very high in sodium (salt).

You can relax and enjoy sushi cause it can be low in fat.
Unfortunately, you can't eat as much as you want of almost anything.
Sushi is pretty good, you just have to watch the rice intake. Also,
salmon is higher in fat than other fish - tuna is good though. To lower
rice intake, have sashimi.
On the whole sushi is good for you...but like anything else, moderation
is key.

Sushi is pretty low on WW's points. I believe 4 pieces is two points.
Yup, both sushi and maki. Miso is two points for a cup.
Core would not permit RICE but if you count the points, you can do it
that way, too.
Or just do sashimi - only the raw fish. I'm not sure about the oilier
fish.

Core permits brown rice but I doubt you will find sushi made with brown rice
at any restaurant. Some folks on other boards have made their own core
sushi.

I'm not sure that I've seen any brown rice sushi joints but I imagine
it is possible. Of course, brown rice may be more assertive and its
texture a bit more dense but it might work.
I'm doing sushi tonight, I think (G)
