Hi all,
I did not gain nor lose weight this week. I'm a bit dissapointed, but
on the other hand, it's OK after the big loss of last week. At least I
didn't gain ! ;-)

Just remember Ekko that not everyone loses in there first week, i have a
friend who actually gained in her first week but lost 3kg (about 6lbs) in
her second week, so take heart, don't give in and just SOP.

It's not my first week but my 23rd. So I know by now I can't always
lose weight every week. Like others have said in their replies: I think
my body needed to catch up after the big loss the week before last (3.1
lb.). Therefore I'm glad I maintained last week
