Interesting week...

So I can't really think of anything I did this week to sabotage my efforts
but I could just "feel" that I didn't lose this week (you know that
feeling?) and I think TOM is due any day now because I can feel that too!
Lol.

Today I got back on the elliptical as I had taken a break since hurting my
knee a few weeks ago. For some reason, the elliptical makes me REEEEEEALLY
thirsty so I had TONS of water. I was afraid it wouldn't be out before WI
but I think I was able to flush most of it out before.

Anyway, got to WI and wasn't thrilled about getting on the scale but I knew
I didn't gain tons so I went ahead with it. Ohhhh well, it seems I gained
back the 0.2lbs I lost last week. Not a big enough gain to get discouraged
as there are so many silly things that could make you gain 0.2lbs like the
socks I wore or the bracelet I had on, etc. I'll just count it even and move
on.

This weekend my parents are out of town and my aunt (who is doing WW with me
who is getting married in April) will be staying with us. Usually when they
are gone we eat out most of the time but since she is doing WW too, I
finally have someone ELSE that can influence good restaraunt choices.
Usually I just have to succomb to where ever the rest of the family wants to
go and choose the best option off the menu which isn't always easy with the
restaraunts they choose! Now we have more power with 2 WWers in the group.
:)

I vow to work out for 30 mins on the elliptical 5 times this week, too. That
should help a bit as I've fallen off on the exercise thing besides walking
to/from my car and to/from classes which CAN be a hike! :)

Okay- rambling now! Hope the rest of you are holding up well! I know the
weather here has been a bit dreary and that sort of bottoms me out
sometimes.

Even though I was ambushed by cookie-toting Brownies outside the local
Canadian Tire, due to copious exercise (I managed to do all 28
activity points), I'm down 1.2 lbs.

Yippee!

A very nice loss,  Shirley. Congratulations. That ambush sure didn't
harm you at all ;-D
