Hi I am new here, my first post. I've been a member of WW for 6 weeks, I've
lost 6.6 lbs. total.

I learned a recipe (well not really) at my last meeting....frozen grapes!!!
Apparently when they are frozen the juices taste really sweet, and it takes
longer to eat too!! hahaha slow down your brain  lol.

Thanks
K

Well done you!  Great start :)  I eat frozen fruit with yoghurt on
top........it's kinda like frozen yoghurt/icecrem all in one - and quite
quantiful for very few points :)

Lovely to meet you, K....... I also love to keep frozen blueberries in my
freezer and add them to FF yogurt w/ Splenda.  When you stir it up, it gets
colder and colder and purpler and purpler... delicious. : )

I keep frozen berries in my freezer when they are not in season. Mostly
blueberries and rasberries. I nuke them just long enough for them to be
partially thawed and add them to yogurt or my morning cereal. Great way to
get my fruit servings in each day without having to worry about the fruit
going bad.
