MY NSV(s)

Well I had a check up at the doctor and my LDL cholesterol (the bad one) is
down from 4.6 to 3.4 with out meds. They want mine at 2.5 as I'm diabetic.

Also my 3 month blood sugar average (should be between 4.0 and 7.0) is down
to 7.9 from 8.something.

Blood pressure 110/80

That is worth more than the 2.6 i lost this week!!!!

Well done :) The NSV are sometimes sweeter than the SV as they help you see
that you are actually achieving something postive...that being becoming
healthier not just thinner. Again well done.
