Yes it counts towards your water requirements
Others may disagree.
But don't take it to extremes. 25 cans of fizz everyday will probably
kill you !

Any decaf liquid counts towards your water requirement. I still limit the
amount of soda each day due to the amount of artifical sweeteners and
sodium. I like Crystal lite as a change to water.

I use the crystal light as well in my big WW cup at work.  It's a great
treat.  Only downfall is I like the single pouches but I don't like 2 of the
3 flavors that are available here.  I can't wait until we get more.

Glad to hear about the sprite.  I never knew that it could be counted as
water.  I've been avoided soda as much as I could because I thought it was a
bad thing.  Then I found this and I love it.

Just remember moderation is the key when it comes to soda. The only single
serve flavor that I like is the rasberry ice. I wish they would come out
with more flavors too.

I don't like the raspberry my fav is the Tangerine & Grapefruit.  I try to
have 1 a day to mix it up with just water and I don't want to have too much
because I don't want to make myself sick of it....  Someday there will be
more single ones

I have sports bottles in the refrig full of water. One has been reserved for
CL. It's now perm redish water until I put in a pack of the CL. I just open
the bottle, pour in the powder, close the lid and shake. Nice and cold. I'll
have one with lunch a couple times a week. Another one we like is Fruit2O. I
only like the lemon. DH likes a lot of the flavors. Glad he drinks that
instead of soda most days. He certainly does not need the extra sugar.

Yeah, the only Crystal Light flavors around here are tea flavors, and I
dislike tea.

Diet sodas are ok: they have no calories.  Anything with no calories is
ok, 0 points, not going to kill you.

As somebody else said, don't drink gallons, but that's just common
sense.  Me, I have a couple diet Dr Peppers every day with my meals, and
it's perfectly alright (my leader even does the same thing).  Don't fear
the soda.

Half your water requirement can come from any non cafeine drinks..

As everybody said already.. moderation is always a good idea though.. ;o)
