Bra in another notch
Can kneel on the floor and change son's diaper without agony
When hands folded, fingers don't pain from being tight.

Cool.

Isn't it nice to see benefits other than on the scales!  I real Non
Scales Victory!  :)  Well done.

I've got to the point where I have to buy expensive bras (I can't find a
32E/F for less than £20!) and my wedding ring falls off.  These are the
kind of down side to losing that I can live with!  Once I've been at
goal for a year and my fingers have stabilised, I'll get the rings altered.

I've had to move my ring to another finger. I don't like the idea of
altering rings for some reason. I've thought about getting new rings
for us both when we next have a big occasion (50th birthday or
something)

DH and I are planning silver Durham University signet rings for our
silver wedding.  My engagement ring was DH's mothers, and I had to have
it and my wedding ring sized up when I got too fat for them, so sizing
down again is no problem.  I don't think new rings would feel the same.

I have the same problem -- my wedding ring doesn't fit -- and I've had to
move it to another finger.  It's our 10 year anniversary in August, so my
husband has promised me an eternity band that actually fits.    It's a good
sign when that happens -- my wedding dress is 4 sizes too big.

While the changes in appearance and clothing size are the ones we get
excited about, these small changes that affect the way we move and
feel in our skin are almost more important. Very cool indeed.
