I've had spectacular diarrhoea for 4.5 days! I'm now recovered, but
maybe a little dehydrated still. I didn't eat for 2 of the days, so I
lost quite a bit of weight.

Hey maybe I could sell that idea. self-administered gastro-enteritis -
certain to help you lose weight. Eat as much as you like, all the
major food groups in any large quantity. I could sell supplements too
like large packages of loo roll, and cream for a sore bottom :)

My weight is at 180 which is fantastic. It may go up again as I
rehydrate I suppose but I'm in holiday mode now and not counting:)

Hehehehe! Pretty printed loo roll for the bum kit!

After being ill a holiday is good. Just don't set it off again with too
much chocolate!
