Well, we squeezed out a 1.5 pound loss. So we're up to 33.5 pounds lost. Our
Goal is 40 by May 1st!

We've come to realize that the rollercoaster will stop by at times, but that
is only a distraction, not a permanent mindset.

It REALLY helps to have that weekly menu already set with the food in the
house. Even if we boo-boo one day, we know the other 6 will be days we make
good choices on. It's really our behavior that we're dealing with..the plan
works when we stick to it...and our goal is no less than 95% adherence.

So, onward we go!
