It's so frustrating when weight loss slows. Have you been taking your
measurements? Sometimes weight loss slows but the inches keep falling
off, as if the body had to catch up with itself! Adding variety to
your meal plans makes a difference for some people. Also check that
you're journaling everything. If you haven't weighed and measured food
in a while, sometimes it helps to try that again just to make sure
portion sizes haven't crept up.
