down 1.8 lbs this week.  Some days are harder than others to stay on the
food plan.  I am moving my office right now and because it is out of order,
I am having a harder time with my food.  So far I am sticking to it, but boy
do I want to eat junk right now.  I know for me if I start I won't stop, so
counting points when I am like this is just not an option I can chance.

Congrats on the loss.  And, yup, some days are worse, others better.

Great job. How about bringing lots of healthy snacks to the office to nibble
on instead of the usual junk food? Don't forget to drink some extra water.
Many times that I want to snack I can ward it off by having something to
drink like a diet soda. We often confuse being thirsty with being hungry.

Excellent progress, Lorna. Yes, some days are harder than others. Some
days are easier. Do you have a strategy you can use to help you
through the rough times? I find that posting here helps me. There's
just something about letting loose with a full-blown whine to people
who understand. Drinking water helps some people. Going for a walk.
Journal writing about what's going on, getting together with friends
for a non-food gab fest. I remember from my old Overeaters Anonymous
days the acronym HALT--Hungry Angry Lonely Tired. The idea was to
match up the urge to eat against those possibilities. If you're
hungry, eat. But if you're any of the others, take care of those in
ways more appropriate than eating.

Don't know if any of this applies to you, but these come from my
experience. Regardless, hang in there!
