Hi all,
I lost a whopping 0.2 lb. last week ;-))
Not much really, but it is a loss.
I'm back OP this week and will try to stay on it this week.

Any loss is a good loss. Keep plugging away.

Losing the last 10 lbs can feel really slow. It can be hard to keep
the motivation charged up. But imagine how great it will feel to see
that 2 in the century spot drop to a 1, and never see that 2 again!
That's what I'm trying to think of with those decade numbers.
