Down 1 pound to 187 :))

I don't quite know how that happened. I've been having problems
staying OP all week. Too much wine, whisky, and chocolate fudge cake,
and a can of pringles. I was expecting to stay even at best.

Still getting the exercise sessions in, though the last couple have
been a bit half-hearted. Did some bench pressing last night for the
first time in a while and my shoulders feel like I've been hit by a
car or something.

What a nice surprise for you!  Be sure not to do the same this week, you're
result may not be the same.  Good job this week though!

Exercise is a downfall for me too, although I've been spending lots of time
gardening.  Are there any other activities you do and enjoy besides lifting
weights?  If so, perhaps you can do something else and take a little break
from the weights?

That's why weight loss is equal parts science and mystery. Or maybe a
little more mystery than science! Anyway, this week the weight loss
gods were looking out for you. Whatever you're doing to keep them
happy, keep it up. Don't forget to give those shoulders some time to
recover or the next time you'll get hit by a train. <g>

Even pringles did not stop a one pound loss.  Now start lifting those
weights and not pringles.  And as long as the wine was red, it is
healthy (G)  So here's to GOAL.

Take the loss and run, fast :-)
Seriously, make sure it doesn't catch up with you next week. Whisky, wine
and chocolate... the good things in life are hard to resist. So do you have
a favourite whisky?

Great job, Ray!  Don't question those weight loss gremlins, take that pound and
run.  Might now want to try the same next week though. <g>
