I'm lurking a lot more than I'm posting these days, I'm very busy, and life seems to be trying real hard to teach me a lesson... haven't gotten it yet though.. *grin* I'm so so on program, I do excellently well for a while.. then I don't anymore.. then I do.. then I don't.. I'm straight on goal (instead of 10-15 lbs below) and not gaining.. so that's good.. but I decided to make an effort to plan things... as in shopping, filling the house with good stuff etc.. Seems to help.. hopefully it'll last.. I'm riding the wave, hopefully life will settle down soon... of course tomorrow is my birthday... mmmmmmmmm seafood.. ;o)  SignatureWill~ 196.2 / 131.8 / 137 lbs 89 / 59.8 / 62.1 Kg Personal goal 125 lbs / 56.7 Kg Happy Birthday. Hope it is a good one. And don't sweat the points on THAT day.
