Well I'm still going to watch what I do but I have to leave the group as I
just found out I'm pregnant. :)

No, don't leave! Though you may need to stop losing, the general
healthy diet and exercise advice here is excellent. Just up your
calorific intake to the recommended levels for pregnant women (your
doctor can advise on that), and stay with us.
