82 degrees   I have a doctor's appt. at 10 a.m. and a dentist appt. at 1
p.m.  I'll tutor later this afternoon.  I'm still working on bathroom
product purging with just two cupboards left in mine.  Next I'll tackle
the kids' bathroom.

short sleeve Oscar tee with keyhole neckline and gold embroidery trim
cream colored slacks
gold double circle drop earrings and gold watch
Nike Air Rio amber sandals
new Furla cream handbag
(this is not the bathroom cleaning outfit)

So this is what happens when you aren't careful and post to the wrong
group.  I apologize sincerely for the error.

Who cares?  ;)  I answered anyway - I'm feeling smug about small tops
and medium bottoms, after years of extra larges!

Black Rohan New Jersey trousers, size Medium
A new long sleeved T bought on Saturday: tie-dyed, and with a sun&moon
print on the front: Size Small.

I've been working on the computer most of the day, preparing contracts
for prospective customers.  I'm hoping to land 10 bridesmaid outfits to
complement the 25 velvet panels I sorting out!  The bridesmaids are
Difficult But Interesting sewing, the panels are Easy But Big (and the
pay is good!).  I'm just off to do some treadle sewing before getting
the bed folded up in the sewing room - we had guests for the weekend.

I've been a weight watchers member for more than thirty years.  I am
currently a few pounds above goal but now I am getting back on track.  I
lost thirty pounds and can't say I kept them off all that time but now
I'm 3-4 pounds from goal.  I had been below goal for the past six months
but travel, health related issues and other things caused me to stray.

That must be the pits!  I'm still 17 lbs from goal officially - maybe a
bit further than that this week, after beer and festivities at the
weekend.  I've been at this for two and a half years, and had 'time off'
for gall bladder surgery.

For me exercise is a must, but I dislike it...  I try to walk to collect
my son from school most days (I don't drive), swim twice a week whenever
possible (the only two forms of exercise I'll do voluntarily!), and have
recently added an hour of stretching and strengthening exercises
designed to increase mobility for chronic pain sufferers, courtesy of my
pain management course.  The combined effort seems to be working!  :)

Yesterday I had a flowy red/rose dress (size 6 darn it ! I'll be back in
size 4 soon !) with some silver jewellry and my summery sandals... I pulled
up my hair (they are long now !!!!!) and put some shiny pins in my hair...

I met my husband at my work last night to go out for dinner for my birthday
and he was obviously all smitten over by me.. talk about a boost !!

It pays to dress.. *big grin*
