Down 0.2 this week for a total of 20.4. I wonder what it would be if I
didn't go to the bathroom before hand!!! Oh well I guess I'll have to work

Some weeks are like that. While tiny losses can be the wakeup call to
take a closer look at your program, it's also important to take them
in stride. As long as the overall trend is down, you're doing OK.

Down is always good. I had a week where I had big drop and then the next
week I gained and the next two I had tiny losses, but the over all was
still down over a month's time.
