I did my journal today, and even sent it to my buddies list. Yea  me!!
Now if I can just do that for a month or so, things will probably be all back in line.

I remember past experiences that when you remember to journal on a regular
basis your weight goes down. Maybe its time for all of us to start posting
our daily journals. Are you going to meetings these days? Maybe going weekly
would help keep you on track too. It would also give you another activity
outside of the house.

I went this morning to get one of those e tools numbers.
And yes, when I journal and read and post here, my weight was staying great,
or going down, whichever.

I've also noticed that when your life gets hectic with school your eating
gets wacky too. You'll need to find a nice balance bwt school & eating.
Maybe making sure that you always journal and take the time to come here at
least once a day would help.

That is exactly the plan Laura. I think I have been indulging in a little
overkill with school anyway. It will be counter productive to have perfect
grades and the Fat back...

Very true. Time to find the happy medium. Getting the livein help certainly
has helped you some. Now you need to find the right level of concentration
on your school work. Getting obsessed with school would not be healthy
either.

Ah got a swing, slide and teeter totter set for the grandgirl. That thing
was a birch to put together too. I am feeling it. I figured it for at least
3 activity points and just had a fat free yogurt with a little cereal on, as
a snack. I was Starving! Done eating for the day now, not starving, but a
little hungry, so I know I will lose some today....

I wish I could say the same thing. We went out for dinner to our favorite
Italian restaurant. I had a seafood dish: scallops, shrimp, clams and salmon
plus asparagas pieces on angel hair pasta. Only ate half of the pasta but I
am very full. My stomach capacity is not what it used to be. I just have to
remember to stop eating sooner than I did tonight.
