stayed the same again at 187.
Thats fine by me. I've been reasonable this week, but last weeks loss
was a surprise so I guess this is making up for it.
I visited family last night. My aunt asked if I'd put on some weight.
I was devastated :) I have put on a bit after the holiday but only 9
pounds (178 was my lowest weight, and that was dehydrated). My guess
is that I was looking a bit gaunt. Some of the extra weight has gone
onto my face. Probably not a bad thing.
Still exercising

Great job on maintaining this week. Family! You just never know
what they'll say, do you?

Maybe that comment was supposed to be a compliment? If you looked a bit
gaunt the time before?
You are still a bit less than I recall from when I was regularly reading
before :). Must be good!

Staying the same is good too. Is 178 too low for you? Maybe something in the
180's suits you better.

Staying the same sounds OK after the unexpected loss last week. Good luck
for the coming week, and stay away from those curries!

Staying the same this week doesn't sound like the worst thing that
could've happened. :)
I never trust the opinions of my family when it comes to comments
about my weight/appearance. They still see me as the fat one, and I've
only been too happy to oblige!
