I decided to set myself a goal.. seems like it's easier for me to  work
toward a specific something than just "try to loose weight"...

So I wanna loose 10 lbs by July 20nd, that's one lbs per week !Any loss will
be a great victory.. but let see if I can make it ! :o)

On the neat side this week is TOM so when that's gone that should give my
weight loss a little boost ! hhehehe

Good luck -- 1 lb a week is doable for certain.

Good for you, any loss is great, 10 lbs seems reasonable though.

Good luck Willow, I'll bet you can do it.

I work well to mini goals and rewards. I need bribery...lol...

it quite well.. hehehe

LOL. I like your term but bribery is easier to say ;-) I wish my
husband would quit moaning about how much it costs though. How much is
a slim, sexy and healthy wife worth?
