Well I weighed in today and lost 0.2 lbs for a total of 57.2.  My home scale
said more than a lb, but I guess I'm happy it was down and not up.

Those teeny losses can be disappointing because it's so easy to focus on
the results of one WI. But you've got the right attitude. Continuing the
downward trend is more important than the exact number.

I started January 2004 -- so almost 15 months, but I feel so much better.  I
haven't lost the weight -- because then it might be found again.  I've
thrown it away.
