Ok, it's time for us to take a moment and share something that we wanna brag
about !

C'mon people, we ALL have at LEAST one thing worth bragging about. Something
we did that was good, a new thing we tried, a new feat in your exercise
routine, a good meal you prepared that was yummy AND low pts/core, A great
weight loss....

For myself, I'm sticking to it AND enjoying it ! Also, I now lift 200 lbs on
the leg press ! 2 sets of 12 too !

All in all I found my weight loss mojo again !

I want to brag abut having started this journey nearly 3 years ago and still
sticking to it! 100 pound lighter now and oh so proud of myself, even if I
still don't understand how I did it :-)

Okay, lets see. There was last nights success with not giving in, and
this mornings weigh-in followed by a nice long walk. I also did the
grocery shopping today and came home without buying any junk food. My
trolley looked pretty good. That's a first for me in a while. I also
have a nice healthy, low point dinner all prepared and ready to be
cooked come dinner time.

Thanks Nathalie. I'm sure I will too. I'm making more time for myself
and I've started new activities that keep me too busy to eat. I'm
feeling really good :-)

This time last year, I was a size 20 -- I'm now a 6/8 closing on a 4/6.  I
haven't had a hamburger in 12 months and I no longer dream of pizza.  I eat
lots of fruits and veggies every day and drink at least 2 litres of water a
day!!

ok here goes, consider this part of the catch up

1 last time I needed new clothes my mom took the opportunity to get 15 year
old niece to go through her closet so I could try on what she didn't want,
much fit and many were too big
2 I have not missed any work outs for laziness, I have missed because of
traveling and injury but not laziness.
3at one point during the time I was gone I got down to 151.4 which gave me
the 100 pound lost certificate
4 I have gone up and down because of all of the travel and have not given
up.
5 we have had much family stress of late and instead of not eating for days
and messing up my system I have kept up with my points
