Ok.. yesterday was bad food day (not by all that much.. but enough) BUT !
I'm keeping up with my work outs, and monday was a good food day, and today
is well started !

What I really like though is the fact that I'm sticking with it.. as in I
keep thinking about what I'm doing in a positive manner and not in an
"neurotic obsessive" manner. I just keep trying to plan and think ahead and
most importantly I'm enjoying myself doing it !

HA ! I gotta make another time to brag post ! we're due !

that gets back to one of my biggest weight losing rules, I do nothing I can
not commit to for the rest of my life, if I only do it during the losing
phase then it isn't real and therefore I haven't really lost the weight and
it will come back.  I am doing 2 things I really do not like doing but have
resigned myself that they are the price I must pay to be slim.  The price
isn't to high, Lee

you know this is a big part of what helps me, many people can plan a whole
weeks menu, this is too stressful for me, so I plan my next meal after I am
done eating and not hungry.  this works because I am not munchy and I know
what is in the house, if it crosses my mind that I would like something that
is not in the house I put it on the grocery list, then I can have it later,
planning for the planning period if you will, Lee, who is happy for you
