Life gets in the way so no posts for a while. Got weighed today, lost 3.5lbs
this week, so my loss to date since mid-Dec 04 is now 61lbs :-)

Hi from one cat to another one!  ;-)

Your stats are amazing!  Great job....all that within less than 6 months.
Very inspiring!

Thanks :-)

Been away for a while - over in France cycling - now I'm recovering. No
choice in what to eat whilst there, so will see if what damage done to
weight-loss whilst away. Didn't cycle as much as I wanted to as on day 1 the
cold & torrential rain got to my hamstring which was threatening to pop, so
I wimped out of the rest of the event. My son did, however, do the full
500km in 2.5days. The French know how to organise these things - most
excellent & very friendly & particularly encouraging of my son, who was the
youngest rider in the event.

welcome back from your adventures in France. Congrats to your son for
completing the ride. I'm glad you paid attention to the messages your
body was sending and "wimped out," although I sometimes think it takes
more courage to quit in the face of certain pressures to continue.

You might be surprised at your next WI. Maybe you didn't do any
damage.

Too bad about the injury.  But it sounds as if it still went nicely.
You'll recover from the food damage.  I actually lost 10 pounds on my
Europe vacation (but think that I've been making up for it ever since)

Feel better

Your progress is astounding! I think you're trying to keep pace with
the speed of light.
