Down another 0.2 :-)

I have to admit I haven't been that good lately and I am having a really
tough time staying motivated.  But starting tomorrow I am going to get back
on track and have a good week.

Hope all is well with everyone else.

It is a loss.  So that's terrific.  Motivation - down is better than
up.  You will be overall healthier and be able to do more with less.

So after two weeks you're down about 1/2 pound. That's progress and
nothing to be ashamed of. Keep doing what works.
