I LOVE THIS FOR LUNCH:

TWO SLICES OF "SQUIRLEY BREAD" (1 POINT EACH SLICE)
LOTS OF THIN THIN SLICED TOMATOES
LOTS OF THIN THIN SLICED CUCUMBERS
THIN THIN SLICES OF RED ONION
ONE STRAWBERRRY THIN THIN SLICED.

(IT'S SO ,MUCH BETTER TASTING WHEN THE FOOD IS SLICED THIN)
i SERVE THESE SANDWICHES ....OPEN FACED AND THEY ARE PILED HIGH.

ONLY TWO POINTS FOR THE WHOLE LUNCH.......YUMMY.......

SOMETIMES i EVEN SPRINKLE A LITTLE CAYENNE PEPPER ON TOP TO GIVE THE
SANDWICHES A BIT OF A ZIP.

DO YOU GUYS/GALS   HAVE ANY OTHER FOOD LUNCH IDEAS?

I love to make wraps for lunch.
1 lowfat tortilla
lowfat sour cream--spread it on the tortilla just a small amount
sandwich meat--any kind, I usually use turkey
lowfat cheese-just a sprinkle
lettuce and tomato
I wrap it up real tight.   My kids love them too.

Trader Joe's has a Greek dip with cucumbers that is also good for a
sanwich spread.
