Vacationing and staying OP

DH and I are going on vacation to Florida this Wednesday, and will be gone
for 8 days total.  We are mainly doing the Orlando area attractions
(Universal Studios,Epcot, SeaWorld and Kennedy Space Center).  I have been
there many times before so I know all about the food offerings at the parks.
In the past, we have mainly eaten out at regular restaurants, not at the
parks.

This is going to be my first big challenge since starting WW 5 weeks
ago---going on vacation and trying to stay OP.  One thing I have found is
that by cutting out all the restaurant visits I used to do in the past, has
really helped my weight loss (no surprise there!!)  But, now I am going to
be eating out at least 2X per day, and I am a bit worried about not going
over my points.  (Also, in the past, I think I looked forward to eating out
while on vacation---more than going to visit the attractions themselves!)  I
am prepared to "reframe" things, and focus on eating healthy and staying
active.  I also am going to bring my Trader Joe's cereal with me and have
that for breakfast, so at least I won't have to worry about staying OP for
breakfast!  It's just the rest of the day I am worried about!

Also, I insisted that DH book hotels that have a fitness center.  (He uses
Priceline, so we were unsure about what we were getting.)  Luckily, we got
the Wyndham and the Sheraton--both have nice fitness centers.

Anyone have any advice on what they have done to stay OP during vacation?

Thanks!

Breakfast is an easy meal substituting fresh fruit or tomatoes for the
potatoes and asking for egg substitute.  Order big salds for other meals
with dressing on the side.  Ask for half portions.  Move the bread and
butter away from you.  Choose fresh grilled fish or chicken as entrees.
See if there is fruit for dessert.  The parks have a lot of ethnic
restaurants so bring along a WW food guide that gives you an idea of
choices and last of all, don't worry.  Enjoy your vacation.

I survived both Disneyland and Disney World and managed to lose weight.  I
took 2 pt bars and fruities and stuck them in my purse for snack
emergencies.  No eating while walking, and no snacking -- except for the
snacks in your purse.  I also walked a lot, so I figured I did burn off most
of my indulges.

I would make sure I had plenty of things like fruit that are shelf stable
and available in my room to eat, just make the best choice from the choices
available, keep journal to the best of your ability, calculate those
activity points and have fun, If you keep trying you will do minimal damage
and the habits will still there when you get home so can quickly lose any
you gained, have a nice trip, Lee
