Having lost and gained the same 5 pounds over and over, it's time to get
serious enough to drop 20, so I'm back!

Hi Fellow Losers,
Thanks for all the kind and encouraging "welcome backs"!
Yesterday was day one and went very well - today I'm absolutely ravenously
starving!  But instead of cramming in half a pack of chocolate digestive
biscuits, I had a small orange and mucho agua followed by lashings of tea.
Also getting lots of exercise running to the loo!
