I will just congratulate you on that loss.  It is more than GREAT.  A
2.6 loss is terrific.

I still generally follow flex.  I like my portion control and the
variety of foods.

2.6 lbs down is always a great loss. You're off to a good start, Toni.
I follow flex plan, even though I eat mostly core foods. But flex
helps me with portion control.

Good luck to you this week.

I personally am on the flex points but my niece is on CORE and she loves it.
She says she can not handle the choices that the points give you.  She lives
alone though and only has herself to cook for.  That way she only has CORE
foods in the house.  She has been on it for 18 weeks and has lost 34 lbs.

I have been on for 8 weeks and have lost 26 lbs.  So it is similiar in
weight loss. Mine has slowed right down now so I would be catching up to her
anytime soon at least not likely.

You had a great start, just imagine that every couple of weeks, in a year
from now.  WOW.  I look at this as long term.  I have too I had 180 pounds
to loose.

Nothing wrong with 2.6 lbs!  That's a great loss considering WW suggest
1-2 lbs per week as a healthy loss.  Congratulations!!

that is an excellent loss, I tried core but it is not for me, this is one
where I say try them both so you can compare, I am not able to tell that
much about my hunger levels so flex and spacing my points is what made me
cooshe flex over core, Lee
