Got down to controlling my food this week.
Problem is I have to keep going off to see the family and thats when
the problems start (lunch made by sister - yuh, and curries in the
evening)
Next week will be no better wrt travelling, but if I can control what
I eat the rest of the time I'll be OK

Down to 186 :)

10 is good :)
But most of it has to be water.
I was bloated last week, and stressed etc. I did well this week, but
not THAT good.

Problem also is that I've also taken a couple of weeks off exercise.
I've only just got back into it this week. I worked out 3 times
including tonight. My weights are down a bit but they'll be back
shortly.

Last week I started a small routine for upperbody workouts.  At work,
one of the gurus gave me some pointers for use of the gym.  I may try
to get into it but indoor is really not all that exciting but I get
more than enough lower body workouts.  The other problem is that I
really do not want to change for the workout and remove the shirt and
tie! (G)

We had a gym in one of the buildings that I used to work at. A bunch of us
would  go down at 5pm. We would change our clothes in the locker room. If we
still had work to do we just went back up to our desks in sweatpants or we
would just go straight home.

Just one more excuse - I prefer MORNINGS for most things (G).  Also,
the gym is more available in the morning since it appears others
prefer afternoon.

You and that curry! Have you thought about a 12-step group? LOL

Good news on the loss. Regard of the cause, the drop must feel good.
How soon before you can settle into your routines again?

Down 10 is quite spectacular, even if it is water! Well done :-)

Good job Ray.  Those family members can be a troublesome lot if we allow them to
feed us.  Balance and juggle, it seems to be the routine I am falling into.  Good
luck this coming week.
