How about changing your exercise routine?  All of these pills come with
side effects and some are dreadful.

Plain old exercise is much better :-)

There are side effects to everything you take. Safe is a matter of
degree. Is it safe to fly? Or cross the road?

The best thing to speed up the metabolism is food and exercise, but
that is probably not what you want/need, though the exercise bit might
be useful. Weight lifting is surprisingly effective at raising the
metabolism for some time after the exercise.

There are no short cuts. If you want to lose fat then you have to drop
calories.

I can't think of anything that fits your criteria.
