At weigh in last they, they made a mistake -- I was only down 0.2 and I
stayed the same this week. Total 57.4 lbs
I'm going to blame it on my MIL -- who doesn't know how to cook without
butter or knows what whole wheat bread is.
I've got two days left and only 7 flex points left -- I'm craving chocolate
and I just want to eat!!! I think it's time for bed.

Going to bed at bedtime instead of eating to stay awake is a very good
idea.

I had a cookie the other day, counted my points and it made me sick, to rich
I guess after not eating stuff like that for a while, so just think you
saved yourself from being sick.

I still eat a bit of chocolate almost every day -- but I don't do chocolate
bars any more -- I have pieces of the good stuff.
