Happy weigh-in day - down 2 lbs. to 198!

I've been feeling good and have managed to stay OP two
days in a row - haven't done that for awhile.  Now to stay OP
for life.  Harder said than done, but at the moment I feel
good about how things are going and hopefully that continues.

Good luck to all this week.

Brenda, this is such great news! You've made a dramatic turnaround after
struggling for so long. Doesn't it feel good to feel good?!

Thanks Linda.  It certainly does feel good to feel good!

Today I resisted the left over Timbits on the counter, chocolate
almonds at work and the pie in the refrigerator.  I will go for the
1 point ice cream fudge bar and perhaps some popcorn with
DS for a later snack - we're going to watch Shrek for the
umpteenth time :-)

I hope I'm back for good now!  Today went well and right now
I'm making soup for my lunch tomorrow.  I'm interested in the program
again and that's a great thing.

Congrats on the loss.

On Program for life means having fun and occasional splurges.
Remember eating normally is not deprivation.

Oh, I remember.  Actually I was just thinking that last night - it's
DH's birthday on Friday and we will have to get cake - DS wouldn't
let us have a birthday without cake!
