Just completed my first full week being back OP and was able to stick to the
program completely and without difficulty.  It feels good to be back in
control of my life again after so long and so many stressors.

I was happy to see the numbers going down on the scale this morning - 3 lbs
down!
It's the start of a new week and I'm ready for it!

Good luck to everyone else this week.

Brenda, it's so good to hear about your success this week. Wow, 3 lbs! I
know you're pleased, both for the lbs down but for the NSV of being able
to stay OP. Being in control of your life is the best feeling!

I'm very happy about it myself.  Today while I was walking to the post
office I was thinking about how good it feels to actually be able to stick
to the program and not have cravings.  It still seems strange that I've been
able to stick to it for 9 days in a row without caving in and eating junk.
Every time I tried to stick to the program over the last 2 years I've failed
miserably, usually within the first few days.  I think there was one
instance where I lasted a week.  This time is very different.  On Friday we
had cake for DH's birthday and I had a small piece and felt satisfied.  Same
thing on Saturday, one small piece again and satisfied again.  Haven't felt
that way for a long time.  I really think this is it!

see the trick is to keep trying it until this exact thing happens.
