please let me know. i'm finding my way around

i'm attempting to do ww on my own, without signing up. i know ther
are a lot of resources on the net, and i'm pretty motivated to do i
this way. but i wanted to confirm the number of points i should b
eating for the flexpoints plan. i'm a 5'1" female currently weighin
137. i've been told 20 points per day and 35 flex per week. does tha
sound right? (how about for a male, 5'7", at 156 pounds?

also, any pointers towards resources, materials i should look int
getting, websites, whatever would be appreciated

thanks so much for your help

My books are elsewhere at the moment.  In general SEX is not used for
establishing WW goals.  It is based on height (and age to some
extent).  Teens get more as do nursing moms.

I do know that a 5'8" male's top of range is 164.  So that guy would
be pretty close, I guess to top of range.
