What is the best way to store produce? I have given up on th
"crisper" because it always ended up being "out of sight, out o
mind". I am thinking of trying to wash and cut my stuff on grocer
day and store it in tupperware. What veggies can be stored together
Any help would be appreciated

I never use my crisper at all due to that reason you gave and the fact
that I have a really old fridge which is not working right and water
collects in the crispers for some reason.  I keep my veggies on the
shelves.
I'm hoping one day to have one of those lovely fridges with the
see-through crispers.

Carrots, celery and peppers.  Tomatoes should never go into the
fridge. It inhibits thier flavour. I keep onions under the counters
with the potatoes.
Lettuces and baby spinach can be stored together in the fridge.
I mix them up after washing and drying and keep them together in a
container in the fridge and just grab a couple handfuls as needed for
a salad.

I keep all the fruit on a china cabinet in plain sight, the rest is in the
refrigerator, cut or not depending on what DH has time for.  if the crisper
is a bust, put it on the bottom shelf where you will see it each time you
peon the door, Lee
