Soneone suggested eating boiled soybeans as a snack. I can't find them.
Where would you suggest? I am eating sunflower seeds in the shell and would
like to substitute to soybeans since they are lower calorie and fat.

I believe that some supermarkets probably stock them in the freezer.
It may need to be an organic or specialty market.
Also called under its Japanese name: edamame

This isn't very helpful information probably, but they sell them in the
convenience stores here in Tokyo...

Look for an Asian Market in your area. The prices are much less than
supermarkets and you have a huge variety of beans, including soy at
all Asian Markets.
