And if you do that for very long, you'll also notice your skin becoming
brittle and dry, your hair falling out, and all sorts of other nasty
things. Your body needs at least *some* fats to survive. I believe the
minimum's about 15g/day. Which really is very little, but is certainly
more than zero. Otherwise you're good.

hey ho. Another fad diet.
Dietting is about what you eat not what you don't eat. You need to eat
a balanced diet in the long term, so that means you have to learn to
control calories. Eating like this will only work in the very short
term at best.
