Thanks for the welcome, have started well today with 2 point to 'bank'.
Does this mean I can save them up for later, can't find any info on the
site?

I believe if you bank points by excercising you have to use them up the same
day that you do the exercise.  As far as I know.

Thanks Suzanne, but what about the points saved if you don't use them all in
one day?

As my leader says, "If you don't use 'em, you lose 'em."

I find if I don't eat all the points and the two teaspoons of fat, I
lose less.  I have no idea how it happens, but it does.

If you don't use your banked points the same day, they go down the drain.

That's the official WW mantra.  However, if you're consistently coming
up short on points, you need to get those points in to keep your
metabolism up.  So, in my opinion,  if you're running short of points
more than once every week or two, go ahead and add them on to your
next days allowance.

Personally, I always add them on to the next day just to be safe.
That reflects my bias, though.  In my opinion, Flexpoints is on the
stringent end of the scale as far as caloric intake goes, and so runs
more of a risk of adverse metabolic reactions then some other eating
plans out there.   My WW leader seems to recognize this, too.  One of
the first questions she asks when anybody plateaus is "Are you eating
ALL of your points?"  So I always make sure to use all the daily,
flex, and exercise points.

"Banking" is just a code word for cheating on your health.  Let's not
pretend that overweating, whatever you call it, is harmful and will shorten
your life.  See  http://www.heartmdphd.com/wtloss.asp
